The problem is that many of the so called tips to dealing with kidney stones are not tips at all just basic information that you probably already know or even if you don't know doesn't help in anyway prevent you from getting kidney stones. For instance each different type of kidney stone is listed as a "tip" and comments that one cause of kidney stones is hereditary is also a single tip.
I'm glad I read the book but it would have helped my expectations if the title were more straight forward something along the lines of Kidney Stone Information, Causes and a Few Tips to Prevent them (although shorter :-) ).
