This book is helpful in telling you all the different types of prosthetic parts (ex. knee types, foot types, suspension types,
etc) and when they are best to be used. For example, if it is an above the knee amputation that the residual limb is short,
use this__________ type of suspension. That is the main reason I would go to use this book.

Wonderful discussions on amputation...written with superb clarity. Would highly recommend to PM&R residents. This book is
an excellent primer for PM&R residents before delving into Delisa and Braddom.
This learned and instructive manual is truly ground breaking
