I have been trying to find a diet to help me gain weight and prepare my body for pregnancy. I would even reccommend it to those merely just trying to eat healthy. It has so much helpful information concerning proper nutrients, calories and appropriate food items to eat. Near the end there are menus to help you through preparing for pregnancy and throughout your pregnancy. There is nothing for me to figure out, calculate or guess. It is all laid out. The hardest thing to do after reading this EXCELLENT book is shoppng for the food and then actually making it. It really could not be easier!!

I am not a big Poetry person, however we gave this book to my sister as a gift for their newborn child. This is a unique gift that will be remembered for ever. The poems have much meaning to a newborn child.

I was raised on Goodnite Moon, and I think all parents should get the Goodnite Moon books.

I recommended this book to all 'Latino' parents that want to have healthy children. Either you have an overweight child or you want to prevent obesity in a child; this book explains it all.

I found this book to be most unique. It was bought after the death of my adult daughter. I had purchased and am working through several other journals, but, this one is quite different. It is the "go to" book for me when thoughts are structured and complete. The passages on the opposite page give you guidance and there is no wrong way to journal your feelings, because they are yours. I'm grateful to have found it.

If you're concerned or inquisitive about your baby's development, you should have this book! Dr. Sears covers the physical, mental, and emotional develpments of your baby. Hundreds of cute pictures of his own baby. The reason I prefer this book over other infant development books is that the book's style is so "down-to-earth" and conversational, and the pictures help you see what's happening with your baby rather than just reading about it.
