Es el como un manual de usuario que desgraciadamente no viene acompañado del bebe cuando te lo llevas a casa.
Definitivamente lo debes tener a la mano ya que el contenido es muy completo y te saca de apuro.
Te puede resolver situaciones antes de tener que recurrir con el medico aunque de ninguna manera sustituye la atencion medica.
En mi caso lo hemos complementado con las indicaciones de nuestro neonatologo y pediatra.

El libro es una guía excelente para padres y madres de niños pequeños, especialmente para papás novatos (con su primer hijo), con la calidad y simplicidad que caracteriza a la famosa "niñera experta".

Los bebés parecen seres con los que es difícil comunicarse, casi imposible de entender. Sin embargo este libro realmente ayuda a saber qué le ocurre a tu bebé cuando llora. Básicamente lo que Tracy Hogg analiza y explica es de puro sentido común pero verlo escrito y en ejemplos ayuda a comprender y controlar tus inquietudes. Yo sólo puedo decir que este libro ha sido mi libro de cabecera y permanente compañero durante los tres primeros meses de vida de mi hija. Lo he leido y releido varias veces, de manera desordenada, pero siempre descubriendo cosas nuevas a la vez que mi hija iba creciendo. Los tres primeros meses de un bebé pueden ser muy determinantes a la hora de enseñarles rutinas que serán importantes para darles seguridad. Me gusta este libro porque se esfuerza mucho en hacer ver a los padres la importancia del cariño continuo, de que hablar a los bebés es fundamental y de que somos nosotros los padres los únicos responsables de los posibles vivios de nuestros bebés. En conclusión, es el libro que siempre regalo a mis amigos cuando se que serán padres. Fundamental, magnífico e imprescindible.
