Our experience with this CD was mixed. The sender was Amazon themselves, and upon arrival - we were initially disappointed. There were supposed to be two CD's, not one, yet only one arrived. Additionally, the one we received was essentially blank.

Looking at the cover, I found an e-mail address and contacted the publisher. They immediately responded and UPS'd a full 2CD copy to us without any additional cost to us.

Once receiving the full two CD set, we were completely astounded at the incredible fountain of information! What a jewel! It is an amazing resource! Thank you for carrying this item, Amazon, (but guys... you need to check your stock.)
