My ole body is getting "crickety" and I was seeking something that would help my joints work more smoothly and the pain of age and too many years of hard work. I came upon this book and found it to be most complete in explaining the many benefits of MSM. Not only has my pain decreased, but my mobility has increased. Dennison explains that MSM is also good for allergies, but since that hasn't really been a problem for me, I cannot attest to how it works for that. I can, however, praise her book for being simply organized, clear cut in explanation and inexpensive. Thank you.

Hello: Desde la adolescencia he padecido de acné y fui a un hospital para que me recetaran algo para ayudarme a combatirlo; primero me recetaron un jabón líqido junto con un preparado a base de azufre con clindimicina y otros elementos que no me acuerdo, a la par que tomaba pastillas de clindimicina; luego de un mes de este tratamiento el doctor me recetó tomar una vitamina llamada D-BIOTINA (BIOTINOL), al tomar esta vitamina me sentí muy bien y mi rostro mejoró muchísimo ya que constantemente aparecían brotes de acné, pero al tomar ésta vitamina (creo que era la vitamina B6 o B12, no me acuerdo exáctamente pero una de las dos era) mejore muchísimo, lo malo es que como esta vitamina era en ampollas (vía oral) cada frasquito costaba muy caro y ,luego de tomarlas por algún tiempo, como ví que mejoré, las dejé de tomar así que ahora me han brotado nuevamente y quisiera que me pudieran dar una alternativa natural como son las VITAMINAS para que en forma de pastillas las vaya tomando regularmente; aquí en Perú se toma muy en serio la medicina natural ya que nuestros antepasados cultivaban y se curaban ellos mismos con lo que la naturaleza les proporcionaba así es que si algún día se dá una vuelta por aquí comprobará lo que le digo y sabrá que la gente aquí le tiene mucha fé a la MEDICINA NATURISTA .
