The introduction of the book is particular powerful as it discusses the authors connection to both the "inner" and outer wild as he calls it. His personal healing journey from childhood sexual abuse has helped him connect more powerfully to healing energies. As a counselor he has helped others heal from trauma, and as a one time wilderness guide in Wyoming he has integrated his love of the wild with his initiation into the healing realms to develop a line of remedies that truly help bring the gifts of the animals to each of us.

Although this book is meant as a users guide to those using the Wild Earth Animal Essences, even if you never buy an essence, this book will help you understand animals and their gifts in a new way.

Finally, nice to see a great Pharmacist writing about these claims! Al-Achi is a fantastic author - I couldn't put it down. My wife and I attended a seminar over the summer at the Atheneum in Salem, MA about herbal Medicine and its history - the man who gave the presentation was a physician and he was really into it. Al-Achi's book confirms many of the things this physician mentions and adds plenty of little known facts about plants and their medicinal and toxic effect. A truly great book! Peter

I bought this book as a complete novice to reiki. It does exactly what it says on the tin! It's short & informative and easy to read, a great introduction! Penelope Quest says that you cannot learn reiki from a book but does a good job in giving you the basic history & principles and some worthwhile excercises to relax the mind and become in tune with your spirit. Recommended for those who know nothing about reiki and are looking for a good place to start!

An excellent iridology educational resource. I bought these cards along with the Iridology flashcards- Fundamental ones and they are a great help when I am explaining health problems and their causes to my clients and to learn more myself.
I sincerely recommend them.

Great for the student of goniometery. Though the content and layout is very similar to some other texts on the subject the information is presented in a more "user friendly" manner in terms of terminology and instruction of technique. A great reference text when designing test protocols.
