Perspective from a smoker's child.Review Date: 2000-12-20
Simple, clear and direct to the point on how to reverse this lethal curse.
I recomend it highly to anyone that smokes, has the desire to quit and particularly if you have or are planning to have children. PLEASE, JUST DO IT... if not for you then for them. It just is NOT worth it. All the bronchitis, pneumonia (took my father), asthma and emphysema not to mention the hart disease and cancers (took my mother).
Of course, the psychological aspects of this addiction/illness are also horrific... Why do mommy and daddy want to kill themselves? Don't they love me?
If you are dead set on suicide please consider another more rapid way. This has to be one of the slowest most painful and worst ways to do it.
Lovingly, honestly and respectfully submitted.

The Healing Sourcebook looks at nine different complementary medicine techniques: aromatherapy, reflexology, Reiki, Bach Flower remedies, Homeopathy, herbal medicine, crystal therapy, yoga, and meditation. The goal of this book is to educate the reader about his or her options while giving them a little taste of how each method works.
Unlike similar books that tend to serve as either a summary of available techniques or an advertising directory for practitioners, The Healing Sourcebook is written to empower readers in taking control of their health. The basics set out here, can be used by virtually any reader. Then, if a method or methods resonate with them, he or she can delve deeper into these areas.
