This is a well written and easy to read book. The author presents both the pros and the cons for different theories and techniques in this book. Obviously Dr Chaitow is biased towards the efficacy of cranial manipulation, but that does not stop him from saying very clearly what is known, in doubt and not known without favoring one theorist or practioner over another. I will be purchasing more of the author's work. Thank you again for an informative, well researched and well written book.

Dr. Colgan gets another slam dunk with his book, Creatine for Muscle and Strength. There has been a lot of discussion about creatine since it had been labeled the muscle building wonder suppliment of the future. Dr. Colgan gives a straight-forward approach the use of creatine that is surely suited for success. Two thumbs up!

This book contains very valuable information for EVERYONE. It is interesting and easy to read and should be in every household. Whether or not you read the Bible or believe in its principles, this information is backed by scientific proof and can be a great resource for better health. I have personally benefited by changing my eating habits as referenced in the book. I have also done several fasts, using the directions in the book, which I found to be very beneficial.

As a student of homoeopathy, I found this book to be invaluable. It covers the principles of classical homoeopathy in a thorough and easily understood way. In particular, it addresses the second prescription, an aspect of homoeopathy which often gives rise to confusion. This book explains the possible scenarios a practitioner may face and suggests interpretations and courses of action. If you are interested in homoeopathy this book will deepen your understanding, and introduce you to the writings of the original master practitioners of this elegant and effective system of medicine.

This book was a wonderful read and extreamly easy to follow . I will refer to it often as a reference for my healing and helping others in their spiritual paths . Crystal Wisdom has a bit of everything you might like to know.

A fascinating book! The author describes in today's language Culpeper's basic practice of medicine. It brings forth our rich medical tradition and explains how everything in nature is interconnected. "as above, so below!"

I was given this book at 18 years of age. I had been suffering from RA for the previous 7 years. At that point in my life I thought everything was hopeless, I'd never be able to work, no one would ever want to marry me and I would end up alone and in pain for the rest of my life.

Needles to say none of this happened. This book changed my life.
I put put heart and soul into following the recommendations and within a couple of weeks I went off the meds (much to my dr's disapproval mind you!) and have not looked back since. I have not had a flare up in 15 years.

This is my fifth time ordering this book (though up till now I have had to get it from AMazon UK) Not for myself but to give to others. I have even bought a copy for my doctor! No one should have to suffer needlessly and I really believe if there is anything you can do to improve things you owe it to yourself to give it your best shot. I cringe everytime I hear someone say there is no cure for arthritis because it is simply not true.

I cannot recommend this book high enough, it is well written and simply makes sense. I hope that it helps you as much as it did me.

after trying the western medicine route for years, i finally turned to this book for help with the PMS that my gynocologist was ready to treat with the method-of-last-resort: Prozac. lo and behold, no western doctor ever mentioned the word "cure" in association with PMS. but as i discovered, a cure is possible. read this book, follow the advice, find yourself an acupuncturist (no, you will not need to see one for the rest of your life) & prepare to feel better than you have since before puberty struck.

I never knew dieting could be so fun and easy. I have tried every diet out there and this is the first one that really works for me. It's amazing how if you change the way the way your mind sees your body you can completely change the way you look and feel about yourself.
