With dr Edward Bach, it is difficult to separate myth from fact, being a controversial and larger than life person who inspired reverence and whose legacy has proved durable. The most beneficial chapter is the section on how each of the colors affects our health in different ways.

A must read for any interested in brightening their world and improving their health through color.

We use this text to teach a course on color therapy and how these vibrations affect the mind, body and spirit. I've never seen a more comprehensive book yet on the material and am hoping this will never go out of print!! We need it...

Funny, most of us realize that colour does affect the way we think, feel, and react. We have that favorite shirt that makes us feel empowered or centered. We feel refreshed as we take a walk in nature. We choose very specific colours to decorate our homes to create a certain feel. Yet, we use that knowledge as purposefully as we could.

Colours of the Soul looks at the world of colour. It shows how different colours and hues can affect ours moods, productivity, health, and even help us find our life purpose. A variety of easy to use colour therapy techniques are also explored in some detail giving the reader some straightforward information on how to use this knowledge in his or her own life.

I found this book to be packed with a lot of helpful info. I take the "goat colostrum" instead of bovine, but I'm sure it's pretty much the same. I love the stuff! I think this book is a must read for all who are interested in better health....

This is a great book for those of you who love aromatherapy yet want to incorporate the sense of regognizing how the combinations of color and scent can effect people in great ways.

It is nice to have an approach other than what is taught is the US that makes sense and is easy to follow. Not hocus pocus, just sound advice and an inforamtion packed book.

Great additition to those in aromatherapy already as well as those just started out. Gets you started on the right foot!

While taking part in a Coulour Therapy course i have found this book to be 'Just what the Doctor ordered'.It is an easy book to understand and its contents are also easy to put into practice.
My own life has become very colourful and this wonderful book has led me to research everything relating to clour, which in turn has opened a whole new exciting world to me.So my research gose on and my colour therapy work book comes with me.

This book makes sense! It takes a complicated subject -- modern American healthcare -- and puts it in easy to read, easy to understand language that everyone can relate to. Anyone who has diabetes or heart disease needs to read this book. It just might save their life.

The authors present the topic of complementary and alternative medicine in a manner that is logical and orderly. They start with basic information regarding this type of medicine and progress through this emerging practice type. An excellent resource for anyone starting the inquiry into this area of practice and wants research based evidence to guide their investigation.
