This is a very well written book, about health issues that are commonly swept under the rug, or over looked by some heath care providers! I have both Fibromyalgia, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and this book has been very helpful to me in many ways! I have been to see Dr. Natelson (the author of this book)at his practice in N.Y.C. and he is a very caring doctor, that really wants to help his patients feel better, and live better lives! I recommend this book to anyone suffering from Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia or the like. This book will help you understand your illness better, and give you some tools to help you get your energy back and start feeling better!

Dr. Natelson is a physician and researcher in the fields of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. He gives hope to those suffering from fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. Often the patient's physician is baffled by fibromyalgia symptoms or is uncomfortable treating fibromyalgia. Through this book, Dr. Natelson advises an evidenced based, sound treatment program. I have had the honor of being one of Dr. Natelson's patients. I have seen firsthand how Dr. Natelson lives and breathes the mystery of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. He is a caring physician who truly listens to patients and wants to help.

This book is essential for anyone with fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue. It gives a lifeline for sufferers of chronic pain, fog, and extreme fatigue. If you have fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue, do not give up. There is hope and there are treatments that can work.

Excellent book for those who've been baffled by persistent fatigue and pain

Dr. Natelson is one of the nation's leading experts on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Fibromyalgia, and other illnesses that tend to baffle many doctors and patients. If you've been from one doctor to another, and have been told "it's in your head," but then you are sent to a psychiatrist who says, "No, it's not in your head," and then back and forth until you feel humiliated by your insistence that doctors take you seriously, then this book is for you.

Dr. Natelson's writing style is notable for its clarity, and his voice is one of respect for the reader, as he understands that by the time you've picked up his book you've often been patronized and made to feel like an annoyance by many doctors. Often one has to concurrently contend with a lengthy battle with disability insurance companies, with whom you have to battle to get them to understand that you aren't a "malingerer," because of the difficulty of finding what is believed to be "objective" evaluations of your illness.

His easily understood approach to helping you find the appropriate treatment for your condition begins with finding the right doctor for you. (In fact, I wish his section on finding the right doctor were required reading for med school students).

Dr. Natelson's program for finding the right treatment is comprehensive in its discussion of the relationship of depression and chronic illness, and his exploration of various treatments that have found to be effective in patients with these symptoms. And he uses solid research when evaluating various courses of treatment, whereas unfortunately there are far too many books on the shelves about CFS/FM that offer only anecdotal evidence at best.

Highly recommended.

This book is EXCELLENT! It is written by a medical doctor who has done a great deal of research in the area he is writing about. And HE CARES! I am an RN with a Bachelor's degree in science. Everything in this book makes sense to me. It is not the usual questionable information I often have found in books about CFS, FMS. This is a book you can hand to your doctor and say I want these tests.....It is very easy to read for the regular person and it is written with compassion. This is a doctor who actually believes he needs to LISTEN to his patients. The blood work, X-rays, etc. are all important, but if they say there is nothing wrong-it doesn't mean that your symptoms aren't real. What a wonderful concept. I think this book should be required for every medical student, resident out there. Who knows, doctors might start listening again to their patients!

A gourmet cook, permaculturist, and certified iridologist, Carrie L'Esperance has studied healing systems for more than a quarter-century. She uses her knowledge to develop health programs for her clients. Now, she has blended her research and experience in a book, The Ancient Cookfire: How to Rejuvenate Body and Spirit Through Seasonal Foods and Fasting.

L'Esperance says "clearly our physical, psychological--even spiritual--well-being depends largely upon what we eat, how it is cooked, and the way we eat it."

She discusses the benefits of regular fasting, and offers detailed instructions on safe fasting. She provides numerous recipes for teas and juices to drink while fasting.

The first part of the book is concerned with restoration of the body and a discussion of how the four seasons can affect the body. Each season, spring, summer, autumn, and winter, has a chapter devoted to recipes best suited to that season. L'Esperance says "the beauty of eating seasonal foods and using cleansing diets is their simplicity and their ability to help balance the systems of the human body."

Another chapter provides recipes for internal and external water therapy, and the chapter on herbs is filled with directions for preparing various teas. The final chapter discusses food balancing and combining, digestion aids, and cookware recommendations. She also provides a bibliography and a listing of sources for those wishing further information.

L'Esperance wrote her book "to make it easy to explore these many techniques that have been, and still are, essential for health and self-healing. They are all tried and tested to help ensure a pleasant and/or rewarding time." Readers who have wondered about safe and healthy fasting and rejuvenating their bodies will find answers to all their questions in The Ancient Cookfire.

I haven't ever seen a book like this one before!

This work is a unique book that approaches the nourishment and cleansing of the body based on seasons. It has information gleaned from many traditions and cultures, that will help one to bring ones body into balance. The goal is to eat those foods that will support and cleans the body in harmony with the seasons. The author lists what organs are stressed during each season and offers tonics, relaxants, healing foods, fasting meals and techniques, and much more. This book is a valuable addition to ones library and a must for natural health practitioners, healers, herbalists, and complementary medicine advocates.

An amazing book that begs to be used. Highly recommended!

Shouldn't the cows be fed a seasonal diet before we eat 'em

As a life member of the Knife & Fork Club of New York City, I don't normally read books like this. In fact, my idea of a great dinner is a thick, juicy Porterhouse from Peter Luger's Steakhouse in Brooklyn. As we say here in the Big Apple, "it cuts like buttah!"

Speaking of butter, when I go to Luger's I always order my Porterhouse with a side of baked potato with extra butter and sour cream, along with a side of the creamed spinach. They use this special triple-fatted butter there that makes the steaks and side dishes just unforgettable, arterially-speaking.

For dessert, you gotta get the triple-cream cheese cake. They serve these huge slabs of it.

I'll tell you, you never walk out of Peter's hungry!

Anyways, I stopped in there not too long ago and showed the maitre d' a copy of Miss L'Esperance's book. He gave me a funny look like I was being a wise guy or something. But I asked him, "Do your cows get fed a diet of seasonally-adjusted grains before they get whacked? This here lady says that's the healthy way to eat."

I thought the maitre d', his name is Joe, was gonna whack me. "What the hell are you talking about?" he says. "You got a screw loose or somethin?"

I got a little testy with Joe. I told him I was thinking of fasting to rejuvenate my body and spirit, but before I started the fast, I wanted one last great meal at Luger's, but I did not want to eat a cow that had been fed out-of-season grain that would disrupt its natural rhythms before the packing-house chopped its head off and hung it on hooks in a giant cooler in Nebraska before putting it on a long-haul diesel tractor-trailer to Brooklyn where I could eat it, swimming in butter.

Joe says to me, "Look pal, we serve super-marbled, ultra-high cholesterol beef to men who don't give a s___ about what kind of a gut they have, cause they hate their jobs and hope their life insurance pays off the wife and kids before they get too old to afford the premiums. Do you think they care if the damn cow had alfalfa or millet before it got decapitated? Much less when it was grown, for Chrissake!"

"Well, Joe, I don't know," I says. "But this lady says it's better if we eat foods that are natural for the season, and I'd like to be sure the cows I'm eating do the same. It's the least we could do before we carve 'em up into steaks."

Joe looked at me long and hard. He said, "Ed, if you want to 'rejuvenate your body and spirit'" -- he kind of spit those words out -- "I suggest you forget the hippie food and step over here to the bar and have a double Tanqueray martini and a nice chat with your waitress Tammy, who will be your server tonight. Next question?"

I think Joe's a pretty hard case, and I was wondering if any of you readers of this book could stop in at Luger's next time you're in Brooklyn and try to persuade him.

Archetypal Reiki draws on ancient spiritual traditions to incorporate modern psychological concepts for all around personal growth and healing.

In Dr. May's style (see her previous work: Codependency: PowerLoss, SoulLoss), it is not a conventional book to be read from cover to cover. Rather, it is a companion to be used regularly or as needed to assist the user in self-discovery and improvement.

Archetypal Reiki is a kit including a small card deck and a "user manual". Used together, the cards and manual become a practical guide which helps identify personal areas where work is needed and suggests creative ways in which to approach this work.

Its design is attractive with energizing colors and symbolic drawings-the slightly asymetrical design of the cards gives them a useful vertical dimension to work with opposite sides of a given concept's continuum. This kit offers a wide variety of ways to unleash its guiding energy. For instance, the "user manual" provides detailed instructions with useful diagrams for various levels of work intensity. This makes the use of this kit accessible by the novice as well as the experienced Reiki practitioner.

Archetypal Reiki is highly recommended as an original and practical companion for personal growth and healing.

As a Reiki / Karuna Ki Master & Teacher trained in the Usui Reiki tradition I honor Dr May for her Courage in going against the norm and compiling an amazing set.

The teachings in the book are truly inspired and can only benefit the reader in their own inner journey. I use my cards on a daily basis and have found that they not only reinforce the sacred teachings of Dr Usui, but also those passed on by Mrs Takata ...who taught that we are to follow our own intuition and be individual.

The Traditions and Teachings have been passed down in an easily understood and honest way, allowing not only Reiki initiates, but also others interested in this healing modality to proceed along there quest for enlightenment. By just reading and working through the book one comes to grips with the basic teachings of the Reiki Principles. If we can all embrace this way of thinking and become whole and happy within ourselves this world will truly be a better place for each and every one of us.

As Dr May indicates at the Beginning of the Book this is not a replacement for formal Training and without initiation into the Reiki Symbols, they can not be used for healing, however just by embracing the teachings and living in harmony we can all take the first step to becomming whole.

Dr May has opened a whole new generation to this most wonderful gift from the universe and I personally will be using my cards both for myself and also as part of my workshops in future.

I wholeheartedly recommend this product as a tool to guide us through the emotional/sense issues we all experience. These cards and the accompanying book gently lead us to explore our inner self, how we play a part in our own suffering and a loving path to choose more positive approaches to better self awareness. I use it almost everyday as a reminder to be kind to myself, to be aware of all that is my life and to look forward to what is yet to come. It is fun, it is positive and it is easy. You must try it!!!

Have you ever noticed how your mood is instantly elevated when you inhale the scent of a rose deeply and with purpose. The world seems like a better place instantly. Rose oil has a frequency of around 320 MHz. Flowers are beautiful on their own and can lift your mood with their fragrance or with their petals blowing in the breeze in nature.

So, what other secrets do flowers conceal? Apparently, they can help us to change our emotional state. The scent of roses is said to dispel anger, or so I have read! In this book, flowers are celebrated as natural healers which can help us return to a healthful state.

Our emotions can at times manifest themselves as a health issue and greatly affect our bodies. Dr. Edward Bach (1897-1936) believed that physical illness was a manifestation of emotional imbalance. He believed we can heal and balance the body with nontoxic methods.

Some of the remedies include:

ASPEN - For fear or anxiety IMPATIENS - For impatience, irritability and nervousness. MUSTARD - Severe depression WILLOW - For neutralizing resentment and bitterness VERVIAN - For tension and hyperactivity or overachieving STAR OF BETHLEHEM - For mental shock

There are also remedies you can take for sensitivity, disappointment, muscular cramps, skin rashes, recurrent ailments, critical attitudes and bad dreams.

Look into other health remedies like Arnica for injuries, Pulsatilla for nasal problems, Cantharis for cystitis, Chamomile tea for a restful sleep and Gelsemium for flu symptoms. Look for a homeopathic brand called: Oscillococcinum for symptoms of the flu in the winter. The theory is that a infinitesimal amount of a plant substance can stimulate the body's healing defenses.

The closer you can match your symptom to the remedy, the more effective it will be for you. I suggest reading other homeopathy books along with this one. I also recommend "Reference Guide for Essential Oils by Connie and Alan Higley" from abundant-health4u.com as they have the best products I have found so far.

This book is a wonderful introduction to both the philosophy and the practice of the Bach Flower Remedies. It provides a lot of information without overwhelming the reader. The book is arranged in three sections. The first is Dr. Bach's essay entitled "Heal Thyself" which is about how each one of us has the power and is capable of healing ourself, the second section gives a short, useful description of each essence. The third section is a wonderful list of numerous emotional states and the appropriate essence to use for each one.

If you're at all interested in learning how to treat yourself using these remedies, this is the book for you. I've had this book for approximately 6 months and it is well worn already!

Dr. Edward Bach, a skilled homeopathic physician, developed his own theory about the cause of disease. Dr. Bach believed that physical diseases begin as an imbalance in the patient's emotional well-being. By attending to emotions and weeding out harmful emotions from the patient's psyche, a healing trend can be initiated that assists the patient in avoiding future physical diseases. Treating emotional states addresses diseases while they are still at the energy level. Dr. Bach believed that the flower essences could even be helpful once disease had progressed to a physical manifestation. The flower essences do not replace other treatments such as homeopathy, but they can assist other treatments by soothing the patient's mental condition and initiating preliminary steps towards healing the imbalance that led to the disease in the first place.

This book is filled with wonderful information that the beginner can use to learn to use the flower essences to heal themselves and others. It is the basic text and everyone who is interested in flower essences should have this text regardless of what other texts they own as well. Bach thoroughly explains his theory on the source of disease and then each flower essence is examined, one by one, showing the emotional profile of the patient who would most benefit from each remedy.

The system is very simple and can be learned easily by the layman but it is very effective -- only 38 remedies cover the entirety of negative human emotions! Dr. Bach insisted that the flower essences be kept simple because he believed that their simplicity was a key factor of their effectiveness. Treating one's self and others with flower essences is simple to learn but it is also an art that one will spend the rest of their lifetime developing and perfecting.

This excellent work on the Bach flower remedies is one of the best books on the subject that I have encountered. The author provides the history of Dr. Bach and the remedies, deals with the remedies as a holistic healing modality and offers a possible interpretation as to how and why they work.

There is a chapter devoted to finding the right remedy for specific diseases - lists of symptoms are included to facilitate diagnosis. The practical application of the remedies is thoroughly explained and there is an interesting discussion of the 38 flowers from which they are made and their qualities.

A helpful Question and Answer section addresses frequently asked questions. The book concludes with a bibliography, list of useful addresses and an index. In additional to this informative book and for a wider look at holistic medicine, I highly recommend Gerber's masterpiece Vibrational Medicine.

I've just read Body Electronics. Wow, this book is solid gold. From the first sentence on the first page all the way to the last paragraph of the last chapter we get magnificent insights and miraculous possibilities, each one built up from solid foundations of scientific fact and careful observation. Everything in clear, rational, step by step bites. Nothing has been dumbed down or skipped over, just clarified and made wonderfully real. His take on the whys and hows of supporting health by eating living foods is especially powerful for me as I've tried in the past and failed. I've already gone raw again. This time I'm gonna win. If you want to be "honest to God" healed, or just want to find out how real healing works, and why, this one's for you. But this great read, as amazing as it is, is just the beginning.

A friend just went though what they call an "intensive" with the author, Thomas C. Chavez. Three days of straight Body Electronics overseen by the master of the form. Awesome miracles for everyone there! I'm taking on the recommendations in the book as my lifestyle, and look forward to joining a Body Electronics group as soon as one forms where I live.

'Body Electronics', by Thomas Chavez, is a masterful work about healing, I dare say one of the best I have ever read. I am currently working toward my Doctorate in the field of Natural Health and have an extensive library of books on Natural Healing that I have spent more than 30 years pouring through with fascination. But, I now see that vast groundwork of prior information as a mere launch pad for the veritable space shuttle of knowledge that Chavez perfectly engineers and ignites into countdown in 'Body Electronics'.

Chavez was a student of John Ray, the brilliant healer who devised the original Body Electronics modality which was based on Ray's extensive research and experimentation with miraculous cures. It is a synergy of techniques with an emphasis on organic, chelated, colloidal mineral supplementation, enzyme intake and 'pointholding' which is a leap beyond accupuncture and accupressure with the goal of thoroughly dissolving the tiny bundles of crytals that form energy blockages and contribute to disease and discomfort on many levels.

Chavez pays admirable homage to Ray, having internalized his teachings completely, while leveraging his own extensive research, training, and experience in the world of Natural Healing as a classically trained Homeopath. He pulls together a vast and diverse body of knowledge that represents his very best attempt at formulating an ultimate healing protocol and lifestyle. Based on all the information I have personally been exposed to through my own passionate studies and practices, this 'very best attempt' is the very best I've ever encountered, beautifully and comprehensively communicated!

As soon as I received this book from Amazon.com, I opened up the book randomly to a paragraph about the healing effect of a Niacin flush on skin injuries such as bad sunburns experienced in one's youth. I then flipped to another random page and read about "blotting" one's teeth, a technique superior to brushing which very effectively cleans your teeth. I flipped to another part regarding the effects of herbs and herbal "remedies", then read about the success of a program that improves one's eyesight naturally, then I scanned through a collection of practical exercises and techniques for manifesting our intended goals that really made sense to me.

Another random flip had me reading about "holding time", an interaction between a parent and child that allows a child's stressful emotions and anger to de-fuse naturally in a circle of acceptance and love, encouraging a lifetime of natural, authentic, healthy emotional responses without all the ills that come from chronic emotional suppression through punishment and subtle guilt and control trips as most of us have experienced as the Western 'norm' in parenting.

I was only a few minutes into my preliminary explorations of Body Electronics and I was already completely inundated with fascinating new information I had never before encountered! I turned to my husband and exclaimed, "I'm SO glad I got this book!" Elegantly expressed concepts gave rise to instant insights, and I found myself already unraveling personal pain and suppression that sprang from my own childhood just as it did for my parents and grandparents.

This book draws on Chavez's many years of living and practicing Body Electronics, which he very effectively shares with his readers, so that they too can see their way to working out their own, constantly evolving cure, which in turn positively effects all within their sphere. Chavez is richly generous with his knowledge, obviously tapping into the mindset of his intended readership and presenting his case with clarity and inspiration. He hands us a pragmatic and usable roadmap for our own personal journey to perfect health, without excluding anyone by being overly spiritual or to far "out there". The more I studied the illustrative examples, the more I began to understand the finer points of the healing process, the multiple, sequential levels of vitality and it's opposite, the levels of consciousness that set the tone for our overall level of health, and the dangerous business of unaccepting attitudes and suppression of symptoms.

As I began the fascinating journey of reading the book cover to cover, I was delighted by Chavez's truly artful way of inviting the reader to look, really look, at many of the basic agreements that we as humans unwittingly buy into from birth. He points out the "Off-Management" behaviors we have inherited, all the ways we ineffectively deal with life's challenges, from the way we parent, to the way we eat, to the way we express emotions and deal with stress, to how we navigate tricky family, group and societal dynamics. Then he offers "On-Management" methods and techniques that have proven very effective, whole ways of thinking that had never occurred to me before. I have seen many authors attempt to describe similar concepts, but the way Thomas Chavez has put it all together rings true and clear. Reading this book was truly a life changing experience, a real gift!

I was discouraged and every activity felt like drudgery. In my early 60s I had developed peripheral neuropathy in my feet and they hurt all of the time. Walking three or four blocks would bring excruciating pain that would last several days. I was taking the maximum level of prescription medication that my doctor would allow. The neurologist said that my feet would continue to get worse unless a miracle drug was found, but nothing hopeful was in view.

Quite by accident-or so it seemed three years ago-I heard of a seminar on the subject of Body Electronics being offered by Thomas Chavez. Having no interest in the subject beyond idle curiosity, I decided to attend. Following the seminar, I decided to become active in a local Body Electronics group. Nothing in my previous life experience had prepared me for the profound physical, emotional and mental changes that would take place and for the enthusiasm for living that would become mine. Today, at age 66, I would not trade this quality of life for anything I have previously known.

After two years of "BE" I returned to mountain climbing, cross-country skiing and mountain biking. I no longer take any of the prescription medications that my doctor recommends. Contrary to conventional medicine (and some alternative therapies) Body Electronics is free of financial burden, but is not free of the need to continuously update one's education. Body Electronics by Thomas Chavez is a wonderful source of practical information about what really makes a difference in our lives. I am most thankful to have this book close at hand.

Everything you wanted to know on Flotation Tanks and then some. You get the history behind the tank. Thirteen chapters on how it works. Ten chapters on ways of floating. And the last chapter, which is his new addition to this book, is about the spiritual side of floating.

If your interested in learning the ultimate way to relax, meditate, super learn, break addictions, loose weight, physically and emotionally heal or become one with the universe then this book is for you.

It fascinated me so much, that I'm either going to buy a tank or make one, being that there are no Float Centres nearby.

A must read for all, and especially for those who help others in dealing with life's problems.

This book is about float tanks. If you have seen the movie Altered States, that is a float tank. It is an isolation tank where you float in a body temperature saline solution to remove as much stimulation as possible. This book details the research done (up to about 1983) on float tanks, and its health benefits. The book is essentially a commercial for float tanks. The primary benefit is related to the fact that float tanks make it much easier to reach states of consciousness normally reserved for experienced meditators - lower stress, more creativity, general well-being, pain reduction, improved learning (this one I am sceptical, because there is a large body of evidence that recall is tied to the state of consciousness you are in, so learning in the theta brainwave state doesn't translate to the beta state effectively), recreational hallucinations, peak mystical experiences, etc.

An entertaining and informative read by an expert researcher

As someone whose health and sense of well-being has been improved by using float tanks, I'm grateful for such an informative and enjoyable-to-read book as this.
Most people are missing out on a myriad of benefits simply because they don't know what float tanks are and/or what they can offer.
Mr. Hutchison bridges this information gap beautifully while elevating the level of appreciation on the part of the many people who have been benefitting from the float tank.

The perfect introduction to a life-changing tool

Who wouldn't want a relaxing and drug-free alternative to pain and stress? That's what floatation therapy offers, but thanks to the American mindset of "newer is better", floatation therapy went out of vogue in the 80s, despite an unparalleled success rate.

So how do you learn about floatation therapy when none of your friends and family know about it, the libraries don't carry any books about it, they don't teach it in school, and your doctor's never heard of it? That's easy, just read The Book of Floating. Every friend I loan my copy to is amazed that they could go their whole life without knowing about float tanks.

At a time when back surgery and anti-anxiety medication is common, The Book of Floating is an important reminder of a side effect-free solution that has been widely available to Americans since the 70s. Do a Google search for "float tanks across the US" and you'll find a list of 61 businesses that currently offer floating.

The Book of Floating...

I have been involved in the float tank industry since 1978; first as someone who enjoyed the experience, then in 1980, opening up a commercial float tank center in Hollywood CA - Altered States MindGym.

This book has been the classic for float tank voyeurs ever since it was written, and has helped many understand the dynamics of this exceptional experience.

It is GREAT; definately worth the money.

The Western concept of massage concerns itself with muscle manipulation, but Chi Self-Massage focuses on both internal and sense organs and employs Taoist techniques which until recently have been closely guarded secrets. Master Mantak Chia pieces this system into a logical routine any can duplicate, using methods used by these masters to explore the theory and purposes behind Chi Self-Massage. Spirituality blends with practical application in an easily-followed guide.

Master Chia and his wife have a collection of books based on Chinese healing, specifically dealing with massage, Chi energy or both. This book is an easy-to-use guide even for someone without any background knowledge on the subject and provides a good introduction that is brief and easy enough to understand so the healing can start nearly immediately.

Broken into chapters according to anatomy, there are simple drawings showing location and technique accompanied by step-by-step instructions that guide your hands and explanations that detail the benefit. Be aware these are not necessarily 'cures' or immediate fix-its for everything that ails you, but rather a way of healing and prevention to promote overall health. By massaging the body's organs, which work flawlessly for decades without much attention (and we often take for granted), we can expel toxins, help them work more efficiently and bolster our immune system without drugs, side effects or expensive doctor visits.

Also, by empowering ourselves, we take more control of our health and our lives.

This is definitely one of his easiest books to use, since it is mostly just simple directions of where to rub for what purpose, and what to visualize as you do it. One night I'd eaten a 2-day old bean soup and was up for hours with nightmarish gas. Finally I remembered I had this book and sat up, rubbing my eyelids and ears and large intestine just the way he recommended. The gas went away and I was totally rejuvenated. Since then I never question anything he suggests! Also, these massages really help me deal with the effects of air travel.

Great resource!

I have been looking for the information found in this book for a while. I learned these techniques from a teacher but always wanted something written to refer back to or to share with others. The information and pictures are invaluable and the results are incredible.

This Book, like many others have said, is a Very Very easy book to follow. Very nicely set up, including very nice pictures, and very good information. There is not one paragraph that isn't too hard to understand. It gives information on many different types of crystals, as well as many different excersises you can practice with your crystals. It also tells you what the different crystals are used for and how you can use them for healing in your everyday life. I would deffinetly recomend this book for anyone who is interested in crystals, crystal heling, wants to learn about crystals but has trouble understanding some information, or anyone who wants to expand their horizons! It is a great book for just about all ages. I hope everyone enjoys it as much a I do. Personally I bought it after I borrowed it from the library after the 3rd millionth time
