I read this book from cover to cover two times in a row and am still amazed at the clarity given by God in the messages for 'all of humanity.'

The only part I felt myself entirely change my view was regarding the death penalty, which I used to advocate. Since reading this book I no longer do, and the reasons are so simply put, I can't imagine anyone not changing their views.

The areas about parenting, suicide, same sex marriages, telepathic communication, abortion, fidelity, human cloning, space exploration, toxins in our foods and environment, all of them and more are profound.

I can see where much of the population can definitely benefit from this book. It took me out of the labyrinth of the media maze that covers our news, and gave me a fresh and enlightening perspective that harnesses the true meaning of God's messages. They are abundantly clear.

I would give this book at least 100 stars if I could. God really does speak to humanity through Barbara Rose. I listened in on one of her teleconferences and was taken back at what she said. I also love her other book "Know Yourself" which was life changing for me. "If God Was Like Man" is life changing for all!

A Must for Humanity!

In "If God Was Like Man", Barbara Rose wrote the words of God given to her for humanity in a way that is simple, and what God selected are the most heated present day topics facing every society and culture on earth.

The manner and language used to convey the solutions that plague life on earth are clear and cannot be misinterpreted. I found many areas and prejudices I used to believe vanish because of the clear and direct logic, and tell-it-like-it-is approach that made more sense to me than what I used to believe. This book opened my mind and turned around prejudices I used to have. It is the same prejudices that many people still have and fight over.

One thing is certain about this book; we do have one God who does not judge anyone. On page 134 God says, "All I can ever do is work through you. I am not physical as one being; I am physical inside of every being existing throughout the universe."

There are many topics discussed in this book. For each one God brings humanity the solutions for that topic. The solutions are a must for humanity!

"If God Was Like Man" is EXTRAORDINARY! This is one of the best books I've ever read.

Superb Solutions for the Human Race

Life on earth would be distinctly better for everyone if this book was read and applied by all. No matter what area of life has brought distress to humanity, it's all covered in a crystal clear manner for every side involved.

If God Was Like Man is one of the best solution oriented and mind opening books I've read. It's clear that the messages can only result in the most peaceful planet, where life on earth can actually be what it's meant to be. In short, If God Was Like Man is a gift to the human race.

A Treasure! You Will Be Awestruck Too! You Will Gain Phenomenal Clarity!

God has things to say, Barbara Rose was one of the chosen vehicles to deliver the message. Once again her work is magnificent. A must read, a life-changing read, regardless of religious practice. God/our higher consciousness/ supreme power is non-denominational. When I first read this book, I was in awe! I thought, this is it, raw and to the point! This is all humanity needs to read, to hear, to understand and realize as truth! If each one of us would practice and live by this wisdom, our world would ONLY be filled with self-truth, self-love, inner and outer peace. Only love and joy would be in our lives. "If God Was Like Man" is about Unity, not You versus Me; it is about "All You Need Is Love", not love versus fear; it is about stabilizing our planet earth by meeting in the middle, not Left versus Right. It teaches us how clearing away all pre-conditioned judgment, accepting each other as equal and part of ourselves and God, there would be no right versus wrong, competition, greed, and hate. There would be no need for divide and conquer or forgiveness. Some of the most important subjects concerning our lives are covered. Any of my questionable beliefs that still existed, all vanished, and many of my perspectives changed too, after reading this book. "If God Was Like Man" is a true gift to all of us, humanity and beyond. You will want to read it at least twice!

I've read several other 'channeled' books and this is the first one I've read in which God is judgmental, shaming, crude and sarcastic.

'God' often scolds the reader with questions such as, "Why do you leave adult children alone when they are not mature?" When discussing honesty and using the example of a teen-age boy who wants sex, 'God' uses terminology like, "So he may have wanted to get laid." When discussing why prostitution should be legal, 'God' says, "I say to you: If you were to arrest every woman who remains with a man for financial profit when she is truly deceiving him in terms of her feelings, then nearly 80 percent of all women who share a bed with a man would be behind bars."

On some topics, 'God's' opinions seem nothing more than a convenient justification for Ms. Rose's shortcomings in life. On the subject of education, 'God' says that if students, "have no need to study a specific standardized area outside of their field, they should not be prevented from earning a degree..." 'God' goes on to say, "I bring this up because it is the reason Barbara does not have a degree."

In reality, this seems to be a book about Ms. Rose's opinions. Or, if she truly believes it was channeled in some way, perhaps she has another personality of whom she is unaware. In any case it hardly seems likely that the book was channeled from God. Perhaps that was the only way to sell it. Sad.

This was a very good book. It is about a 12 year old girl named Amy Candler. Amy can do a lot of stuff better than her classmates. She can answer difficult problems in her head, she can do complicated twist and turns in gymastics, and she can hear and see things from far distances. But she doesn't know anything about her past except that her father died in a accident before she was born. She other stuff to worry about, a stranger is taking pictures of her, her mother is acting paraniod about her talents, and she is getting anonymous letters to keep her talents to herself. Amy knows that her mother is keeping something from her, something she doesn't want her to find out, something about her past and possibly her future. Amy tries to find out everything, before its to late...

This book is about a girl named Amy Candler. She was made in a laboratory by scientists. People were trying to use her and the other seven Amy's to take over the world. So the other scientists put the laboratory on fire. All the Amy's escaped. One of the scientists who helped destroy the project, called project crescent, took home Amy number seven. The scientists created them to be stronger, faster, more intelligent, and more skilled than any other human. Amy had no idea she had special abilities. When she turned 14 a crescent moon appeared on her back. Then things started to change. In gymnastics Amy could do all the flips, turns, and jumps. She also started getting the best grades in all her classes. Then a movie star came to her school to to a movie. She looked exactly like Amy, but her name was spelled Aimee. Her mom finally her mom told her the truth. Amy tried to get close to Aimee, but guards always stopped her. Aimee thought Amy was started to get attention so Aimee planned to have people kidnap her, so that all the attention would go to her. But the fake kidnappers kidnapped the wrong one. They kidnapped Amy Candler. Then Aimee came to ask why they kidnapped the wrong girl. But the fake kidnappers were the people who wanted to use them to take over the world. So both Amy's fought until they got away. Then Amy Candler told Aimee the story about the lab. Then Aimee pushed aside Amy Candler and said she was going to try and take over the world herself.
Amy Candler is a fourteen year old girl. She has long brown hair and brown eye. She is not tall or short. She is creative and very outgoing. Amy was also very smart, and athletic. She was pretty much good at everything. Her mood was almost always happy. She was very curious about her life. We are alike because I have brown hair, I'm pretty smart, and I'm happy alot. We are different because she is older, she is much more athletic than me, and my hair isn't as long as hers.
I realy like this book because it is exciting, adventorous, and you never know whats coming next. I also like reading fictional books. My favorite part was when Amy got kidnapped, she was so confused. And the fake kidnappers were offering her soda and stuff because they knew it was fake. And tey thought that Amy Candler was Aimee the move star. I would recommend this book to a friend to they came experiance the thrill of the book.

Amy is trying to find the answers to a twisted mystery in her life. I loved this book, it was probably the best, easy book, most adventurous book in the world. I've read the other books too and by far this is the best! Marilyn Kaye really knows how to write twisted and suspenseful children's mysteries. I would recommend this book to 10-12 year old girls who enjoy mysteries and adventure. If you like this one then you will definitely like the series. Amy is an all right gymnast that becomes perfect in one day. Amy is rocking teenager that any girl would like. I think everyone would like this if they read it. It might be able to teach mothers how to talk to their sprouting teens.

Amy Candler arrives at Wilderness Adventure. For one full week, she's going to be doing extreme ports. Whether is rock-climbing, mountain-biking, or hand gliding, it's all going to be a great time. Only Tasha and Eric know why things are so easy for her. But something is about to happen that isn't so easy. Mysterious freak accidents begin to happen to Amy, almost causing her to die. Then some scary things begin to happen to the other kids. This definitely is not a safe place. Will Amy be able to survive a place that once seemed so much fun?

This is the first special edition in the series. To be honest, I don't think it really is that special. Sure, there's much more pages than a normal Replica book, but it's quality, not quantity. However, I really did like the novel. We get to learn more about Amy's past, and Amy meets someone who may not be as nice as he seems. This is a book you should check out, and definitely a must-read for Replica fans.

I never knew there were boy clones to come in this series and I never expected it. Reading it, I thought that Brooke was being mean to Tasha by telling Amy that she could be with Andy and Tasha could be with Willard.
I thought Eric was also being mean to his girlfriend because he wouldn't listen to her when she wanted to tell him about Andy. It wasn't really nice from Miss Perfect to kiss Andy, though.
I really enjoyed reading this book and I am looking foward to reading the next ones that are not out yet where I live.
This book was really good. I highly recommend it.

If and I mean if you have read the past five books read this one but if you havn't DO NOT read the summary or even get near this book. Okay, okay I admitt I am being a little forceful but the book gives a little more info about the history of Project Cresent then told. However the title gives it away. "And the Two Shall Meet" well if you look at the second page, the second cover page, there is a pic of a boy. His name is Andy, Amy, get it...anyway he was one of the first batch of clones done in the project of Project Cresent, cresent moon.
So Amy, Eric, and Tasha go to this Wilderness Adventure and the two conselers are weird. One gets killed supposedly by the other one, according to Andy, Andy kisses Amy, a big no no since Amy is going out with Eric, Tasha falls in love with the killer, big mystery(supposedly the organization has something to do with this mysterious junk), Andy and Amy run away, and well it just gets pretty confusing. That is why it gets four stars instead of five.
If you love the books read this if not well I don't care it is up to you. But it is good.

While there, Amy meet Andy, and sees that he has the same cresant moon birthmark on his shoulder blade that she has, meaning that he is a clone! Sparks fly and to conclude, great book! The first were we see Andy and certainly not the last! A must read for any YA book or Replica fan. Highly Recommended!

Amy Candler is the perfect person. She was made from many other people. She hasn't felt more alone than she does right now. She can't tell anyone her secret, not even her best friend.

Throughout the book, Amy is trying to figure out who she really is. Until one day, her mother surprised her and she met the scientist that had genetically enhanced her: eye sight, ability to run, and lift things a lot heavier than any other normal 12 year old girl.

In my opinion, the book was great because it doesn't just come out and say what the problem is, you kind of have to guess what is going on. I think it's more like a mystery book.

The only thing that I didn't like was the way the author wrote the book. She wouldn't let you know it was another day until you were half way into the paragraph.

I would recommend this book for young girls that are trying to find who they really are.

Have you ever had the feeling someone's watching you? And you know that your life is in danger even in your own house? Well in the book "Pursuing Amy"
That's how Amy feels every day of her life. But for her it's not just a feeling, its reality.

Amy is not a normal human, actually she's not really human at all. She is a project. Her and seven others exactly like her. This was defiantly an interesting twist to the book. Amy also has numerous problems. She is in desperate need for someone to talk to. Her and her best friend get in a huge fight. Then when she finally finds someone who understands her and someone to talk to, he is murdered. I found this part of the book very interesting, yet depressing.

Amy's mom finally gets a boyfriend Amy approves of. But he turned out to be a horrible person, who tries to kill Amy's mom and capture Amy. He's one of those people who are after Amy. Now Amy's mom is in the hospital dyeing. I couldn't put the book down when I started reading this part.

Amy has no where to go. What can she do? You can find out the shocking background of Amy's life, and what she's going to do about it by reading the book "Pursuing Amy". This book will have you at the edge of your seat wondering what's going to happen next. You will not be disappointed I guarantee it!

This book was the second best book ever. I think the first one was more adventurous though. This book was full of drama and helpful hints on life. I think that 10-13 year old girls should read this. It talks a little bit about relations and a little bit about becoming closer friends to your so called mom. There are secrets in life that thet are best kept hidden. If it doesn't need to be known then leave it alone. Sometimes you need to tell someone though so you can feel a little relieved and it's not a big burden on your shoulders. I like this book because it added a lot to the first book.

It's another organization-planned 'get-together' with the clones. Only this time, ALL the clones are there, including all the surviving Amys and all the Andys. They're trapped on a perfect Island Paradise - the sand feels soft and warm, the water is crystal-clear and full of colorful fish, and the sun shines brilliantly all the time. Too bad the clones can't enjoy the experience; they're being held here against their will by 'The Organization!!' Their supervisors, a woman named Cindy and the Mr. Devon clones, force them to play a frightening game similar to 'Survivor.' But you better watch out when you're voted off.. it's pretty serious!!

I loved this book sooo much!! The only thing I didn't like about it was that whole celebrity-clone thing. I mean, c'mon. How would they know which baby would be a celebrity someday? Are they just mass-producing future celebs in cloning labs or something? 'Hmm, this baby looks like she could be a supermodel someday. Let's clone her!!' hehe. Anyway, I loved the rest of the book. It was great!!!

John Peel is one of the best authors i know, and i tend to be picky about books. You can hardly put them down, and they keep you guessing. He has some character backgrounds without making it boring. The character's personalities are very distinguished, and he has a great way of discribing things. in 2099, the whole planet is almost completly run by machines. Devon (who is NOT tristans clone! Tristan is Devons clone. Devon was born first.) is set out making a virus to have complete world domination. It's devons game, and tristan is just another obstacle in his way. Genia, is the 16 year old girl who just happens to get caught in the crossfire. An exellent hacker, raised in the underworld, she manages to a vital key in devon's game. Inspector Shimada ( i think...) is the officer on the case, and is determined to track him down. Tristan is one of the accused, and is a prime suspect to Inspector Shimada, and becomes a flaw in Devons grand sheme. Now devon's out to destroy tristan, as well as the rest of humanity. (i hope i didn't give too much away...) Doomsday and the rest of the series are nothing short of exellent! JOHN PEEL RULES!

This book is awesome!

With the help of Genia, an outcast, and Mora, Tristans ex-girlfriend. Can he save them? Read the book to find out! I would recommend this book to anyone who loves fiction, especially science fiction!

Amy is a clone and her worst enemy knows her secret. Now she has to figure out how to keep her mouth closed. But is amy the only trying to shut her up. The most thing I like about this book is that it has alot of action. You'll want to know whats going to happen next. But the things I didn't like about this book is how they that would mention people that didn't have a thing to do with the story. My favorite character is Amy because the conflict is all about her. the book was all about her.Her unique
powers from being a clone. My favoite scene, line was when they were at Jeanine's house. Your a genetically engineered in a labortory. There are eleven other girls just like you. You're a clone.
That it is a amazing book to read. And to share with your family. My question is will they ever find out she's a clone. I think this book is exciting and great to read with a friend.

Amy Candler is in deep trouble. Her worst enemy, Jeanine, knows her big secret about being a clone. Now, Jeanine threatens to sell the story to a tabloid unless she becomes her slave. Amy fears that her life is ruined forever--until a terrible accident causes Jeanine to land in a coma. Amy can't help feeling sorry for Jeanine, but she's also curious to who really caused the incident. Amy better solve the mystery fast--because everyone knows that she hates Jeanine, so everyone thinks that she tried to kill her.

Like I said in the title, this is Replica's most intense book. The topics go from gay parents to the death of a loved one. I really enjoy Marilyn Kaye's Replica books, and since the recent novels in the series haven't been the best, I really enjoyed reading this one. It was VERY close to getting five stars, but it just didn't have enough action and suspense as I would prefer.

Ice Cold was a great addition to Replica. So, Amy and Jeanenne are always at it with each other. But when Amy finds out Jeanenne is black- mailing people, Amy kicks into action. She calls Jeanenne and leaves her a message about how she needs to talk to her. Well somehow, Jeanenne finds out Amy is a genetically enginered clone! So when Jeanenne falls (pushed?) down stairs and goes into a coma, everyone thinks it was Amy! Will Jeanenne die? Will Amy EVER find the truth? Can she stop the killer before it's too late?

This was a great book! Suspense ALL the way!

Since Amy Candler was built in a lab, she was made specially so that it was impossible for her to get sick. For all her life, Amy has never had a single disease--not even a cold. And whenever she gets a scab, it instantly fades away. But now, things are a little different. After visiting a mysterious teens' club, Amy begins to feel odd. Her special abilities aren't working, she can't think straight, and she's always passing out. Tasha and Eric are worried for their friend. They have no idea how to cure her. And if they don't figure out a way to make her better soon, their closest friend might not be able to live.

This Replica book can only be described in one word--chilling. Throughout the whole novel, you feel "chilling" as you wonder if Amy will survive and what could possibly be making her sick. I was pretty surprised at the end, although some people will easily be able to figure it out. The plot was good, but there's one scene in this book that's absolutely amazing where Amy has a vision of all the dead people she's experienced in her life. I don't know why, but that part really made me enjoy what I was reading. You should read it too!

This was an excellent book. I was glad it was so good, since the last two, I didn't care for particularly, but this one renewed my interest in the series. My guess at what was going on was totally wrong. I liked the way Amy thought everyone was against her, that was cool. I recommend this book, without a shadow of a doubt, to anyone who is into this series. You can't miss it.

A grrrrrrrreat book!

The nineth book in the Replica series. Amy is a perfect human clone with superior hearing, smelling, seeing, and health. She has never been sick, shes never even had a cold! But in this book Amy catches a deadly virus and her friends and family believe a tycoon guy who just opened a teen nightclub may have been putting drugs in the kids drinks. That is the only explaination and since they have never seen drugs in Amy system (she doesnt go to regular doctors) they dont know what is going to happen. But there is more that I cant tell you! Youll have to read it. But it was a great story and I would recommend it for anyone.

Amy and Tasha are excited - Nancy Candler's very good friend and colleague Dr. David Hopkins has come to Los Angeles. And he has agreed to pierce the girls' ears! The girls are thrilled - but Amy is puzzled when it hurts her so much, especially since pain is never a problem for her. Soon after, Amy starts to get a bad fever and starts hallucinating. Tasha, although she knows Amy is a clone and shouldn't be seen by anyone who could figure it out, calls a doctor to take some blood from Amy. Soon after, Tasha realises it was the wrong decision. She needs to think of something fast, so she pulls Amy into the closet and gets into her bed, and even though she hates needles she doesn't make a sound when the doctor arrives and gives her the shot, and luckily, Tasha's quick change of mind produces a "normal" reading on the tests - something the orginization was hoping would show something of Amy's special genetic makeup! --This is one of the three best books in the series! I was impressed! Marilyn Kaye did a fantastic job on this one!

I liked this book. It was just soo cool. I like the way the awesome writer L.J. Singleton makes this wonderful piece of fiction seem a reality.

The events in this story sound like it could really, really happen.

Of course it would be amazing if they did. It deals with action, a hint of romance (it's not THAT bad. This book is for kids and YAs. The romance here is like Brock from Pokemon crushing on Nurse Joy or something.), and, of course, adventure.

SCARY, FUN, and a REAL PAGE-TURNER!

What a FANTASTIC new series! Besides being well-written, and a real page-turner, it is totally intriguing because it COULD happen! WOW! I couldn't put it down. L.J. Singleton has created a compelling cast of characters who are in big trouble. I can't wait to read the next book and find out what happens. I highly recommend this book!

Varina has been living a fairly normal life with her Uncle Jim, but then she comes home one day to find the house trashed and her uncle seriously injured in the study. Then things get worse. A stranger called Chase tries to ell her that she is a clone - one of five - but she doesn't want oto believe him. Because her uncle wanted her to, Varina helps Chase track down the other three clones. As they search they are hunted by Dr.Victor and his companion Geneva - both want to test them and then destroy them.

I found this novel both gripping and well written. Varina is the kind of character who gets under your skin and makes you pay attention. The stroy of this novel is strong and I found myself on the edge of my seat each time a new snippet of information came through.

Cloning is a hot topic for novels at the moment - Replica is the best known series, but it has come up in other novels like "Starsplit" by Kathryn Lasky. The scariest thing about these novels is that you can picture it happening somewhere out there. This series is similar to some extent to the Replica series, but this is more challenging and more interesting - after twenty-odd novels Replica is getting just a little bit boring. Regeneration is both using an old idea and making it original.

You have got to try this book and make a decision for yourself - but I don't think you will regret picking this novel up.

An awesome book by a wonderful author

I met Linda Joy Singleton at a Literary Writing Conference my school held a few months ago. I had a little class with Mrs. Singleton. She was very nice and taught us a lot about writing and publishing books. "Regeneration" is an awesome book with a fun, mysterious, and creative story that you are sure to love. The five books in the series are so good that it takes you a while to find another type of book as entertaning. I would recomend this book to anyone. ~Diandra M. Age: 14

Personnally, I think The Killer was the best of all six ( the five in print and the one e-book). I mean it's filled with excitement, and new talents are discovered along with new friends (well new to some, old to others). Allison even manges to work out something with her family. But the best part of the book is the ending, though I won't tell you what it is you'll have to read the book for that. But personally i liked this book and I liked all the others too. So buy and read this if you haven't already, because it 's great, and buy and read the others too!

L.J. Singleton does a great job in making the plot understandable, and exciting to the point where you wont be able to put this book down. You will find out who Chase is really attracted to(Varina or Sandee),and and if he is headed down the road of a serial killer. This book also features What really happened to Chase's parents,if Eric and Star Where truly meant for each other, and an ending with a bit of a "Jurasic Park" flavor.

The end?

L.J. Singleton is a great story teller and she comes up with another great story in book#5 of the Regeneration Series, The Killer. This is Chase's story.
Chase's DNA donor is revealed and a nosy reporter (a reoccurring character that appeared first in THE SEARCH) thinks he's destined to follow in "his father's" footsteps. She tries to gather evidence that says he's guilty of murder, but his friends know better. In trying to prove Chase's innocence, his "clone cousins" accidentally uncover more than they thought they'd find.
Chase isn't even aware of much of this conflict; he has a big one to deal with on his own. If it weren't for Varina's new power and help from all his friends, things would not go so well for Chase at the end.
In all this chaos, Allison finds a new love interest without even trying.
Though Ms. Singleton was only contracted for a 5 book series, she agrees it shouldn't be over yet and there IS a book #6. It's an e-book and it's FREE-for a limited time. Just go to her website to download it. Her web address is in each of her books.

Chase Rinaldi had run away from all his cloned friends. They all lived with Professor Fergus. But the one Chase had been cloned from was a killer that had been dubbed the Streamside Strangler long ago. Fearing his DNA would eventually make him snap and hurt one he cared for, he silently disappeared.

Dominique Eszlinger worked for EXPOSED magazine. She did not know Chase was a clone, but she did know who his biological father was. She found out that a high school friend of Chase's was murdered and she believed Chase did it! Dominique planned to write a huge article, a type of "Like Father, Like Son". However, the other "cloned cousins" refused to let that happen. They would locate Chase first and prove his innocence. Then there would be no story for the reporter.

As all this was going on, events took a few turns for the worse! Poachers were trying to kill Chase, Varina was learning about another special talent she had, and thugs were following a couple of friends!

***** Another winner! Wow! I thought it was cool that each clone had a talent. Now one shows she has two! This opens a world of opportunities. Each clone could have one or multiple special abilities that occur as they grow. I found myself glued to this one!
