An excellent book that covers all the aspect of health problem. Recuuring problems like headache, children problem like thumb sucking has definite solution.

The information is germaine and well represented. Having read her previous book on Carpal Tunnel, I find this Text to be better organized and a good reference work. This is a text for professionals.

Dr Diamond is a veteran in the area of kinesiology. his works teach you how to get in touch with your feelings thru listening to your body. i highly recommend this book as well as his other book, your body doesn't lie.

If medicine is not your thing, trying is believing. It makes any aches and pains go away like magic. Easy to follow and you can get away with treating any issues in public.

Concise and accurate, but not enough information to be helpful, Cathryn Bauer's latest book on Acupressure, The Pocket Guide to Acupressure Points for Women, focuses on points. Her previous book, Acupressure for Women (the Well Women Series, ISBN: 0895942321 covers the same points (forgive the pun) and gets to much more about Acupressure while including helpful charts and drawings.

Ms. Bauer is a respected practitioner and instructor of Acupressure in the San Francisco Bay area.

This book assumes you are already familiar with the principles of reflexology - in other words, if you don't know reflexology, don't start with this book! The color therapy material is useful, however, and if that's what you are looking for, you should enjoy the book. There are a lot of color-based meditation exercises, as well.

This is a very accessible book for lay people and novice practioners, and also has enough points of interest for those more experienced in TCM. However, for those familiar with modern acupuncture as currently practiced in Nanjing University of TCM, it is a little less useful in the practicals of theraputic application. It also is a little frustrating for those not so enthusiastic about Nigel Wiseman's glossary of medical terminology. All in all, though, it is a worthwhile addition to your medical library.

I bought this book when I was wanting to review for my senior level exams in acupuncture. This book is a neat little review of things a practitioner should think about when approaching a patient. It walks you through diagnosis and point selection in almost a narrative manner. Not a really comprehensive reference but a handy little book that is easy to read. I picked up many little points from it.

The author has a terrific program. I'm very glad he wrote this book. He needs a better editor. Ferreting out the needed info requires dedication. And there are many typos. There may even be some confusion between left and right in the directions for one movement. I recommend the book and program with the caveat to pay close attention.
